Marco Bonfante Bar Takeover
Join us Friday, May 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for our Marco Bonfante Bar Takeover. Not only will we be pouring and tasting three Italian varietals from their collection, but we’ll have the winemaker and owner in for the evening to give us the fuller scope of life in Nizza Monferrato.
And what else pairs better with a Piedmont Barolo than Truffle!
Our food pairing will be a Truffle Chorizo Pinsa Romana with a bianco sauce base, and finished with caramelized onions, confit garlic, and fresh basil.

Gain a deeper appreciation for wine with our blind wine tasting with our an informal, guided tasting and discussion from our VinSanto Family of official wine judges, wine educators, and sommeliers.
Where you'll be asking yourself the questions like: "What does the color tell you about the wine?" and "What aromas and palate can you pick up on?"

Trentino Alto Adige Wine Flight

We're taking a look at the history of the oldest wine company in Burgundy, France, Maison Champy.
Hosted by Brett Benham, WSET 3 and National Sales Manager for Massanois Imports. The flight includes a Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as a Pinot Noir from the Volnay region. Accompanied by new food specials, this weekend only!
